• Motorcycle pick up and return point is at  Bike Tour Asia Service center, Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM (unless by arrangement as per next item)
• We can deliver or pickup the motorcycle within Chiang Mai for an additional charge of 25 USD / trip
• Pick up and return of motorcycle during Saturday, Sunday and Public holiday comes with a 20 USD surcharge / motorcycle
• Weekend Rental (Sat, Sun): 2-day rental minimum (possible pick up Friday afternoon and drop-off Monday morning).
• Rentals only for riding within Thailand
• No off-road riding permitted

• Included 300 km per day, additional km's to be charged at  0,5 USD/km

Motorcycle Damage Liability & Rental Agreement:

When handing over our motorcycle for rental we shall present the rental customer with the following documents:

(i) Current Condition Report of the motorcycle indicating any existing wear or damage.

(ii) Replacement Parts Price List the motorcycle model (*this parts list will cover items that normally suffer damage in a minor incident or side drop, however replacement parts are not limited to only those noted in this list document) 

(iii) Rental Agreement document for the rental customer to check over and countersign to acknowledge and accept the motorcycle condition and the rental terms.

In the case of any replacement parts being required due to damage caused during the rental period we shall charge the rental customer for these parts, according to the Replacement Parts Price List, up to a maximum deductible amount of the excess amount listed in the table below (according the motorcycle type).

Security Deposit for Damage Liability:

We require an amount equal to the maximum excess for each rented motorcycle (amount shown in above) to be paid, in cash, at the time of collecting the motorcycle.

 You can choose to leave your original passport with us in lieu of this cash deposit
