Due to Driving License Regulations in China, participants on all China itineraries are required to be under 70 years of age as of the final riding day or date of exit from China.

- Experience remote Tibetan landscapes including Rawu Lake and Parlung Zangbo valley
- Arrive in Lhasa, visiting Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, and Barkhor Street

Tour OVERVIEW
From Chiang Mai to Mt. Everest Base Camp motorcycle tour is a 25-day expedition through Thailand, Laos, China, and Tibet, designed for riders seeking the ultimate Himalayan adventure.
This tour begins in Chiang Mai and travels through Northern Thailand before crossing into Laos and entering China via the Boten–Mohan border. Riders continue through Yunnan Province along the historic Ancient Tea Horse Road, passing through Jinghong, Dali, Lijiang, and Shangri-La, known for its ethnic minority culture and ancient towns.
The route then ascends into the Tibetan plateau via the legendary G318 Sichuan–Tibet Highway motorcycle route, one of the world’s most famous overland riding roads. The journey offers dramatic landscapes including deep canyons, snow mountains, alpine lakes, and remote Tibetan villages.
From eastern Tibet, the route continues through Quzika (Markam), Rawu Lake, and the Parlung Zangbo Valley before arriving in Lhasa. Riders experience iconic landmarks such as the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, and Barkhor Street during the Lhasa city tour.
The expedition continues from Lhasa to Shigatse via Gyantse, visiting the sacred Yamdrok Lake, and then reaches the Everest region. The highlight of the journey is a ride to Everest Base Camp (Rongbuk Monastery area), offering breathtaking views of Mount Everest.
The tour continues through remote western Tibet, including Baingoin, Xainza grasslands, and high-altitude lakes such as Namtso Lake, before returning to Lhasa for departure.
